We focus on advanced minimally invasive procedures, gut health, and holistic wellness programs — making MIRA a trusted name in colorectal and hernia care for over a decade.Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Physician Assistant to support Dr. Vani Vijay in her surgical and clinical practice. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely in a high-volume, advanced surgical environment with scope for continuous learning and professional growth.Key Responsibilities- Assist in OPD consultations, patient evaluations, and clinical documentation - Support in minor procedures and pre-operative / post-operative care - Coordinate surgical scheduling, patient preparation, and follow-ups - Maintain electronic medical records and case summaries - Liaise with patients for instructions, investigations, and continuity of care - Assist in academic, research, and wellness programs under MIRA - Ensure smooth coordination with hospital and clinic teamsPreferred Qualifications- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Physician Assistant or related medical field - Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a hospital or surgical setup (preferred) - Excellent communication skills, patient empathy, and attention to detail - Ability to multitask in a dynamic clinical environmentWhy Join Us?At MIRA, you’ll work alongside a leading surgeon in one of Chennai’s most advanced colorectal and hernia centres.
