**Job Title: Aesthetic Physician / Dermatology Consultant**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform aesthetic treatments including:

- Laser Hair Reduction
- Q-Switch Laser Procedures
- Chemical Peels
- Fillers
- Thread Lifts
- Mesotherapy
- Microblading
- Supervise and mentor laser therapists and technicians, ensuring quality and safety in all procedures.
- Conduct patient consultations and skin analysis, recommend suitable services/packages based on diagnosis.
- Maintain and ensure adherence to SOPs, enhancing service quality and clinical efficiency.
- Play a key role in customer satisfaction through effective communication and personalized care.
- Support clinic marketing initiatives by participating in promotional campaigns and patient engagement activities.
- Take responsibility for the clinic’s aesthetic business performance—both qualitative and quantitative.
- Ensure the safety, efficacy, and professional execution of all medical procedures under your supervision.
- Collaborate with the team in a confined clinical environment while maintaining professionalism and cooperation.
- Assist in continuous training and development of clinical staff to improve overall performance and knowledge base.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of dermatology and aesthetic medicine.
- Proven experience in a clinical setup handling a variety of skin and cosmetic procedures.
- Good understanding of clinical protocols, patient safety, and medical ethics.
- Effective patient communication and consultation skills with the ability to drive treatment conversions.
- Team player with leadership qualities and the ability to work in high-pressure environments.
- Required Experienced Female Doctors only.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
