You’ll engage directly withCXOs, IT Heads, and CFOs , design SLA-based service models, and help organizations transform their IT from reactive to secure and proactive. This is astrategic closing role , not a cold-calling role. You’ll work directly with theCEO and Marketing team , supported by pre-sales engineers and delivery experts.Key ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of theSQL → Deal → Wincycle for Managed IT and Cybersecurity services. Engage CXOs, IT Heads, and CFOs invalue-based and ROI-focused conversations . Prepare and presentproposals, commercials, and SLA-based service models. Collaborate with thetechnical and pre-sales teamto create tailored client solutions. Leadnegotiations, contracting, and deal closure . Achievemonthly MRR and revenue targetsthrough consistent closures. Maintain an accuratepipeline and forecastin Zoho CRM. Build and nurturelong-term relationshipsfor renewals and cross-selling.Ideal Candidate Profile8–12 years of B2Bsales experience in IT Services, Managed Services, Infrastructure, Cloud, or Cybersecurity . Proven record of closingmid-value deals (₹10L–₹1Cr) . Strong understanding ofSLA-based service models, AMC vs Managed Services, and cybersecurity offerings . Excellentcommunication, presentation, and negotiationskills. Familiar with CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred).
