Location: Mumbai

Salary: Up to ₹25 LPA

Experience: 6+ years in performance marketing

Working Days: Monday to Friday


We are seeking an innovative and results-oriented AVP of Performance Marketing to lead and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a track record of delivering high ROI.

Experience in fintech or SaaS industries and familiarity with marketing automation tools are a plus.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across paid search, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to maximize impact, using A/B testing, audience segmentation, and optimization techniques.

- Manage budgets and resources efficiently to achieve targeted results, providing regular insights to senior management.


Must Have:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

- 6+ years in performance marketing with proven success in multi-channel campaign management.

- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools.
