About Our Client

An engineering and manufacturing company specializing in fast, simple, and reliable procurement of light engineering products, especially for cross-border transactions. Their approach streamlines the entire process from design to delivery by directly connecting buyers with tailored products and solutions, leveraging the capabilities of existing SMEs rather than just linking buyers to sellers.

Job Description

Lead production operations specializing in stainless steel sheet metal fabrication. Build, implement, and maintain QA/QC plans and SOPs aligned with industry best practices. Oversee shop floor activities, including fabrication for modular manufacturing units and joint ventures. Ensure efficient and high-quality fabrication processes, adhering to relevant standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows and outputs.

The Successful Applicant

Atleast 15 years of experience in production, preferably with a focus on specialized fabrication. Strong expertise in stainless steel fabrication; experience in dairy, food, or pharma fabrication sectors is highly advantageous. International training or shop floor experience in fabrication is a significant plus. Overseas or expat experience will be preferred. Proven track record in managing production for companies with modular manufacturing units or joint ventures.
