About the Company - Leadec is the world's leading service specialist for the entire life cycle of a factory and the associated infrastructure.
About the Role - Operations Manager to handle operations and client management for all client sites across the northern region.
Responsibilities -
- He Should have experience in general plant maintenance.
- He should have maintenance experience in a production plant or a maintenance service organization.
- He has good analytical approach to do Why-Why analysis of technical problems.
- Should have knowledge of TPM approach like good visualization of KPI’s, Machine 5S, IMS documentation.
- He should have knowledge of maintenance KPI management for maintenance operation for a plant.
- He should have experience to manage a large maintenance team, he can guide the team for daily work management, monthly MIS or on technical issues.
- He should know the costing concept of a site or department, specially OPEX or cost saving initiatives for customers and own company.
- Can be work in critical situation and pressure. He should have ability to handle customer pressure being a working in a service company.
- Should have exposure of Team handling >250+ members including site managers, engineers and technical staff.
- Should have good communication and soft skills. Specially handling of multiple site customers.
- Should have knowledge of Spare Part Planning.
- Should know safety aspects of site and safety work culture during maintenance operation. He can ensure good safe environment at multiple sites.
- He should have knowledge of compliance handling in Utility area like- Electricity rules, Boiler related acts, ETP compliances etc. or compliance related to plant maintenance activities.
- Computer proficiency required in MS word, PPT., Excel.
- He should know all basic systems of a plant maintenance like- Spare Management, Kaizen, Cost saving initiatives, Energy conservation concept 5S etc.
- A person from maintenance service providing company in operation handling for multiple sites has upper advantage.
- Ad on advantage the knowledge of business concepts like vertical growth, turn over, Profit margins, Oder Booking etc.
Qualifications - BE Electrical with 10-15 years of experience handling operations
Required Skills: Good Client & People management skills
Preferred Skills: Strong Technical Engineering background
