Job Title:Non-Tech Recruiter (Contract) – (Walk in , Monday to Friday @ 6.30 pm) Location:Chennai Employment Type:Contract About the Role: We are looking for an experiencedNon-Tech Recruiterto support hiring for ourUS Residential Mortgage Process . The ideal candidate should have prior experience in mortgage domain hiring and be capable of managing end-to-end recruitment for both volume and niche roles within the operations function. Key Responsibilities: Manageend-to-end recruitmentfor the US Residential Mortgage domain, including roles in Underwriting, Processing, Closing, and Quality Control. Partner with business teams to understand position requirements and deliver qualified candidates within agreed timelines. Source candidates throughjob portals and social media . Conduct initial screening to assess candidates’ suitability, domain exposure, and communication skills. Schedule and coordinate interviews with panel members and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards regularly. Support hiring drives and virtual interviews across Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad locations. Required Skills & Experience: 2 to 4 yearsof experience innon-technical recruitment , preferably inUS mortgage domain hiring . Strong knowledge of hiring forUnderwriting, Processing, Closing, and Post-Closingroles. Proven ability to managehigh-volume hiringwithin tight timelines. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills. Comfortable working fromChennai, Bangalore, or Hyderabadbased on business needs.
