Current Role: Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist (Non-Tech/ Sales) You will be part of the HR Team and you will help the Organization grow, by connecting, attracting, and selecting Start-Up savvy talent across the industry in sales, marketing and business roles. Your work goes beyond even after when our future colleague joins us, into onboarding to set her/ him up for success. We are building to ensure a great candidate experience throughout the process. Location: Noida (WFO)   What will you get to do?             You will be a Talent Hunter working as an experienced TA Specialist and build a good funnel, with accurate screening with collaboration with Business teams to truly understand our needs. You will develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through portals, networks, job boards, and partners, including getting talent from X.com, discord and github. This will be a hands-on role, and you do a thorough CV screening/ assessment of CVs, coordination with Hiring Manager and impeccable execution of end-to-end process for closure of your mandate. You will maintain your own trackers, dashboards and derive insights from the data. Eventually, you will have to evolve to lead a part of our TA team. Profile Expectations: 6+ years of solid recruiting in corporate/sales/business roles in fast-paced/ tech companies. Smart sourcing, good communication, and deep understanding of the Recruiting process Hands-on experience in ATS, Portals, and candidate data handling/ Trackers skills. Familiarity with web 3.0, AI/ ML, and boot strapped start-ups will be beneficial. Masters in HR/ MBA HR is preferred.
