Job Description: Business Analyst (2-3 years experience)


Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with 2-3 years of experience in the IT industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP products such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or ZOHO, and possess excellent communication and analytical skills. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in the project/product delivery cycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to requirements.


Qualifications:

  • MCA, B.Tech/B.E. in Computers, B.Sc in Computers
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry
  • Proficiency in IT languages and frameworks such as PHP, WordPress, Magento, Shopify, Laravel, and Odoo architecture


Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the entire project/product delivery cycle, from requirement gathering to implementation
  • Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure project delivery within estimated deadlines
  • Proactively identify and escalate issues related to project schedule, budget, and compliance with requirements
  • Make recommendations for process improvements to enhance project efficiency and reporting
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation including Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Wireframes, and proposals
  • Prioritize tasks and deliver results within deadlines


Skills Required:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation and client-serving abilities
  • Ability to manage client calls and communicate independently without direct supervision
  • Knowledge of Scrum and Agile Methodology
  • Familiarity with Jira is a plus
  • Strong team player, quick learner, and proactive executor
