Business Analyst - Medical Domain - Gandhinagar:


Mandatory Skills:

1) Looking out for 10-15 years experience in IT industry with experience across independent Requirement Gathering, Prioritization, Analysys of systems, define requirements for newer versions/products and providing functional/domain guidance to the team.

2) Should be good at problem solving and customer communication.

3) Quickly able to adapt to domain and new technologies, experiment and find quick solutions to customer pain area by carrying out Proof-of-Concepts, collaborate and resolve dependencies across multiple development teams.


Must have skills:

1) In-depth understanding of the Medical and Life science Industry, ability to understand domains quickly

2) Collaborate with Product Manager, Marketing Team and Domain/ Clinical/Functional SMEs to develop good understanding of User Needs, Product/ System Requirements and gather sub-system requirements.

3) Prioritize requirements based on user value (importance), time, and other team dependencies

4) Help Solution Architect in defining and maintain architectural blueprints and facilitate alignment with business objectives.

5) Explaining requirements to the team, help the team in estimation, coordination of dependencies with other analysts/Product Owners

6) Provide domain and functional leadership and support to overall software development teams.

7) Participating and conducting product demos, accepting work products of the team

8) Experience in requirement gathering for mobile portal

9) Product development/sustenance mindset preferred v/s project mindset

10) Agile/Scrum methology practioner - including good knowledge on Test Driven Development (TDD), Behavioural Driven Development (BDD), etc.

11) Strong understanding of Object Oriented Design

12) Should be flexible to work on Customer proprietary tools, technologies and framework

13) Should possess excellent communication and presentation skills (language: English)


Optional/Good to have skills:

• Experience working on cloud platform e.g. Azure DevOps

• Overview of DevOps preferred (preferably, Azure DevOps with CI/CD pipeline and automation/PowerShell)

• Knowledgeable in Web Services (REST / SOAP)

• Experience with web automation testing requirements"
