Job Description
We're looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to join our growing Australian digital agency. We're after someone who lives and breathes SEO and at a broader level digital marketing, who is passionate about delivering great results and top-notch service to clients. You will be working with a team of highly experienced SEO practitioners servicing clients predominantly in Australia but also in the US. While this is a remote team there'll be constant interaction with the rest of the team based in Australia but also colleagues in the Philippines. The hours of operation will be aligned with Australian Eastern Standard Time.
Area Ten is a global digital agency that services large corporates to fast-growing upstarts across Australia, Asia and North America. One of the keys to our success lies in the quality of our staff. We have a strict policy of no junior staff which means you'll be working with the highest calibre of colleagues in the industries, hence there is a scope for ample opportunities to learn and develop.
We are looking for someone who's highly analytical with hands-on technical SEO experience. Do not apply if you have just been doing link building or SEO content writing. We need someone with at least 5 years of hands-on technical onsite SEO experience, ideally working on multiple sites at the same time in an agency environment. You need to have extensive experience working with GA as well as setting up and maintaining Data Studio Reports.
To be considered for this role you need to pass an Excel test which will test your data analysis skills.

The Role
Driving and assisting in executing onsite SEO programmes for clients across multiple industries and geographies
Analysing client performance to gain insight into the health of an SEO programme and to identify opportunities for improvement
Staying abreast of industry trends and innovations to work out how they can be applied across our customers
Communicating with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure that SEO services are delivered in a timely and consistent manner

What we are looking for
A minimum of 5, ideally 10+ years of experience implementing successful SEO projects in an agency environment with larger clients i.e. that spend over $5K a month
Should have spent the last 3 years at a digital, preferably SEO agency
Highly analytical and data-driven
Fluent written and verbal English skills
Ability to work autonomously
Strong attention to detail
Strong work ethic, disciplined and rigorous with a process-oriented approach
Good sense of humour
Ready to take MS-Excel Assessment
