You’ll work closely with our marketing and business teams to generate qualified leads, nurture relationships, and contribute directly to our revenue pipeline.Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting Make outbound calls to HRs, recruiters, and decision-makers across startups and enterprises. Handle inbound leads from website, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and campaigns. Research companies, identify hiring patterns, and qualify leads based on interest and need. Maintain consistent activity — calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach — to drive top-of-funnel growth.Lead Qualification & Conversion Engage prospects with a consultative approach — understand their pain points and hiring goals. Present Fynd AI’s value proposition clearly and persuasively. Schedule demos or follow-up calls with senior business managers. Follow up regularly to convert interest into meetings and accounts.CRM & Reporting Update CRM or lead trackers with accurate information after every call. Maintain a clean pipeline with notes on call outcomes and next steps. Report weekly metrics — calls made, leads qualified, demos booked, conversions achieved.Collaboration Work closely with the marketing team for lead follow-ups and campaign insights. Share real-time customer feedback to improve messaging and outreach strategy. Support the business development team in closing warm leads.Key Skills & Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in sales / inside sales / recruitment sales / business development. Excellent communication skills — fluent in English and Hindi (Telugu is a plus). Confident, energetic, and comfortable handling outbound calls. Ability to listen, ask the right questions, and build genuine relationships. Organized, target-driven, and able to multitask across calls and CRM updates. Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, or email outreach tools.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in HRTech, SaaS, or recruitment platforms. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA/BBA preferred but not mandatory).
