Joining time : Immediate joiner to 15 days.

Mode of work : Hybrid (2 days in week).

Responsibilities :

- Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of DocuSign CLM implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.

- Serve as a subject matter expert on DocuSign CLM functionality and best practices, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders.

- Design and configure DocuSign CLM workflows, templates, rules, and integrations to meet specific business requirements, particularly within legal and procurement departments.

- Develop and maintain seamless integrations between DocuSign CLM and Salesforce.com, ensuring data accuracy and process automation across both platforms.

- Collaborate closely with legal and procurement teams to understand their contract management needs, challenges, and processes, translating them into effective CLM solutions.

- Configure and manage user roles, permissions, and security settings within DocuSign CLM.

- Develop and deliver training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users on DocuSign CLM functionalities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DocuSign CLM and its integrations.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest DocuSign CLM features, updates, and industry best practices.

- Contribute to the development of internal documentation and knowledge base articles related to DocuSign CLM.

- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the stability and reliability of the CLM system.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology, Legal Studies).

- Proven experience (typically 3+ years) as a Functional Consultant implementing and supporting DocuSign CLM solutions.

- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes, particularly within legal and procurement workflows.

- Demonstrated experience integrating DocuSign CLM with Salesforce.com, including a solid understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, and APIs.

- Hands-on experience configuring and customizing DocuSign CLM features, including document generation, workflow automation, clause libraries, and reporting.
