About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Manager - Sales (Motors) for one of our clients based in Rajendra Place, New Delhi/Punjab. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales and trading of motors and customized items, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, strategic sales planning, and effective team management to enhance profitability and market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Oversee the sales and trading of motors and customized products, ensuring business profitability.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Lead the team in providing tailored solutions by understanding customer requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Team Management & Collaboration:
- Manage the sales team, set objectives, and ensure performance aligns with company goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including supply chain and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Analyze sales data, report on performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.
Qualifications:
- B. Tech / B.E or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in sales, trading, or business development within the motors industry.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and sales management abilities.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
