The Junior Executive – Human Resources will assist in the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance & payroll coordination, employee engagement, and statutory compliance. The role requires close coordination with project sites and head office to ensure smooth HR processes in line with company policies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for site and office positions. Coordinate interviews, collect documents, and issue offer/appointment letters. Support in smooth onboarding and induction of new employees. 2. Attendance & Payroll Coordination Maintain attendance records for site and office staff. Coordinate with accounts/payroll team for salary processing. Ensure timely update of new joinees, resignations, and transfers. 3. Employee Records & Documentation Maintain employee files (hard & soft copies) and update HRIS / Excel trackers. Support in preparing HR-related MIS reports and data analysis. 4. Statutory Compliance Support Assist in maintaining and submitting statutory records (PF, ESIC, labour returns, etc.). 5. Employee Relations & Engagement Assist in resolving employee queries related to salary, leaves and attendance etc. Support in organizing employee welfare and engagement activities at site/offices. 6. Exit Formalities Support in conducting exit interviews, clearance formalities, and full & final settlements.Required Qualifications & Skills Education:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. Experience:2–4 years in HR operations, preferably in infrastructure or construction industry. Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Excel. Ability to coordinate with multiple teams across project sites Willingness to travel to project sites if required Proactive and eager to learn
