The Junior Executive – Human Resources will assist in the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance & payroll coordination, employee engagement, and statutory compliance. The role requires close coordination with project sites and head office to ensure smooth HR processes in line with company policies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for site and office positions. Coordinate interviews, collect documents, and issue offer/appointment letters. Support in smooth onboarding and induction of new employees. 2. Attendance & Payroll Coordination Maintain attendance records for site and office staff. Coordinate with accounts/payroll team for salary processing. Ensure timely update of new joinees, resignations, and transfers. 3. Employee Records & Documentation Maintain employee files (hard & soft copies) and update HRIS / Excel trackers. Support in preparing HR-related MIS reports and data analysis. 4. Statutory Compliance Support Assist in maintaining and submitting statutory records (PF, ESIC, labour returns, etc.). 5. Employee Relations & Engagement Assist in resolving employee queries related to salary, leaves and attendance etc. Support in organizing employee welfare and engagement activities at site/offices. 6. Exit Formalities Support in conducting exit interviews, clearance formalities, and full & final settlements.Required Qualifications & Skills Education:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. Experience:2–4 years in HR operations, preferably in infrastructure or construction industry. Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Excel.
