Every team member contributes to making our guests feel welcomed, comfortable and inspired.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef located in Vadodara. The Head Chef will oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation, manage inventory and supply orders, and maintain excellent hygiene and safety standards. The role involves leading, mentoring, and managing kitchen staff, menu planning, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional culinary experiences.Qualifications- Expertise in culinary techniques, food preparation, and plating aesthetics - Leadership and team management skills, including mentoring and supervising kitchen staff - Menu planning, recipe development, and inventory management abilities - Strong knowledge of hygiene, food safety standards, and compliance with regulations - Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Culinary certification or degree in hospitality management preferred - Experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality establishments is beneficial
