Role Overview:
As the Sales Manager, you will lead the end-to-end sales lifecycle of Flytxts AI-powered solutions across key financial sectors. You will play a pivotal role in building and executing a go-to-market (GTM) strategy, cultivating high-value client relationships, and establishing Flytxt as a leader in AI for customer value management within the BFSI sector.
Key GTM Planning:
- Develop and execute a high-impact go-to-market strategy to position Flytxts AI for CX and CLTV solutions within the retail financial services industry.
Sales Ownership:
- Drive all phases of the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and contracting in collaboration with the Business Head and Global Sales Leadership.
Client Acquisition & Expansion:
- Leverage existing networks and build new relationships with C-suite executives across banks, insurance companies, NBFCs, and fintechs in India and international markets.
Value-based Selling:
- Craft and deliver compelling value propositions tailored to the specific needs and pain points of BFSI clients.
Partner Ecosystem Development:
- Identify and onboard strategic channel partners and alliances to accelerate market penetration and deal velocity.
Contracting & Commercials:
- Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and ensure sustainable profitability across deals.
Team Building & Leadership:
- Lay the foundation for a high-performance BFSI-focused sales team; mentor and nurture future leaders.
Candidate Profile
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 10+ years of successful enterprise technology sales, with a strong focus on retail financial services including banking, insurance, NBFCs, and fintechs.
- Demonstrated expertise in selling AI/ML, Customer Experience Platforms, Customer Analytics, CRM, or Digital Transformation solutions.
- Proven track record of building relationships and closing high-value deals with CXOs and senior decision-makers.
- Solid understanding of BFSI business models, regulatory landscape, and digital transformation priorities.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles, with deep experience in RFP processes, commercial structuring, and legal contracting.
- Established partner network within the BFSI and fintech ecosystems.
- Strong business acumen with the capability to scale business operations in new geographies.
