Position:Operations Executive – NBFC Compliance & Operations Company:MoneyMela P2P Fintech Private Limited Location:Bhubaneswar Department:Operations Reporting To:Operations Head / Compliance Manager Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveOperations Executiveto manage day-to-day operational processes and ensure compliance withRBI normsfor our NBFC-P2P business. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of NBFC operations, regulatory guidelines, and fintech lending workflows. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end NBFC operations including loan processing, disbursement, repayment tracking, and documentation. Ensure full compliance withRBI regulations , P2P lending guidelines, and internal operational policies. Liaise with Finance, Credit, Collections, and Technology teams for seamless operational execution. Maintain accurate and updated records for regulatory and statutory compliance. Monitor transactions, verify data integrity, and support internal/external audit requirements. Prepare periodic operational and compliance reports for management and regulatory submission. Contribute to the creation and implementation ofStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs) . Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies when required. Support customer handling related to loan servicing and operational queries. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Finance/Business Administration (MBA preferred). 2–4 yearsof experience in NBFC operations, compliance, or fintech lending. Good knowledge ofKYC/AML , RBI regulatory frameworks, and operational risk controls. Proficiency inMS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)and basic digital tools. Strong communication, analytical, and time-management skills. Ability to work under deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
