HubSpot Operations Specialist (Remote) | SupyLocation: Remote (Global)Experience: 3+ years in HubSpot OperationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fieldAbout SupySupy is a fast-growing SaaS company transforming restaurant inventory and procurement operations across the MENA region.Our platform empowers restaurants to manage purchasing, inventory, and suppliers with full visibility and data-driven precision — helping them save costs, reduce waste, and boost efficiency.We’re on a mission to revolutionize how the food service industry operates, and we’re looking for a HubSpot Operations Specialist to help us scale smarter, faster, and more efficiently.About the RoleWe’re looking for a data-driven HubSpot Operations Specialist who thrives at the intersection of technology, automation, and growth operations.You’ll own the end-to-end HubSpot ecosystem at Supy, ensuring it’s optimized, clean, and fully aligned with our go-to-market strategy.If you love automating workflows, optimizing CRM data, and enabling sales and marketing teams to operate seamlessly — this is your role.What You’ll Do- Manage and optimize Supy’s HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Operations Hub setup. - Build, automate, and maintain workflows, lead scoring, and lifecycle processes. - Ensure data hygiene, structure, and consistency across the entire HubSpot environment. - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that power revenue and marketing insights. - Oversee HubSpot integrations with tools like Salesforce, Zapier, Slack, and Google Workspace. - Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive CRM alignment and automation. - Identify system gaps and recommend process improvements to boost team efficiency. - Stay up to date on HubSpot updates, tools, and best practices — training teams when needed.What We’re Looking For✅ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (required)✅ 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience (CRM, Marketing Hub, and/or Operations Hub)✅ Strong technical understanding of data structures, workflows, and integrations✅ Proven success in automation, data analysis, and CRM optimization✅ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills✅ HubSpot Certifications (Operations Hub, CRM Implementation, etc.) are a plus✅ Experience working in SaaS, B2B, or tech-driven environments preferredWhy Join Supy100% remote role — work from anywhereJoin a fast-scaling SaaS startup revolutionizing restaurant operationsWork with a data-driven and collaborative team that values innovationOwn your impact — your work directly drives our growth and efficiency
