Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin Virtual Assistant located remotely. The Admin Virtual Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative support tasks, including managing phone calls, communication, providing executive administrative assistance, and performing clerical duties.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
  • Excellent Clerical Skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office tools
