We're Hiring: Executive Assistant – Pixxcel Inc.

Pixxcel Inc. is a performance marketing agency helping India's top coaches & EdTech brands scale using paid ads, funnels & automation.

We're looking for a proactive, detail-obsessed EA who can run my schedule, follow-ups, and team coordination — so I can focus on closing high-ticket deals & growing the business.

What You'll Do:

  • Own & optimize my calendar + prepare call briefs
  • Triage WhatsApp, email & DMs — respond in my tone
  • Follow up with clients & prospects without being told
  • Keep ClickUp tasks updated & chase deadlines
  • Handle invoices, payment reminders & admin tasks

You'll Fit If You:

  • Have 2–5 yrs EA/Operations experience
  • Are tech-savvy (Google Workspace, ClickUp, CRMs)
  • Write & speak excellent English
  • Love solving problems without micromanagement
