About noon


noon, is a leading consumer commerce platform in KSA, UAE and Egypt. On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer tech platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for ecommerce, food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

What you'll do :


  • Provide counsel and guidance to business teams on corporate commercial and contractual matters, day-to-day legal issues and participate in contract review and negotiation to ensure that the best interests of noon are protected and secured.
  • Advise decision makers within the business to enable them to take risk-based decisions.
  • Advise the business on legal interpretations, internal standards and practices, new business initiatives and other commercial and regulatory matters.
  • Provide legal training to the business and be a knowledge-hub of best practices.
  • Engage and work closely with business and other functional teams within noon in order to help deliver transactions successfully (finance, tax and human resources).


What you'll need:


  • Between 3-6 years PQE with significant experience in core corporate, commercial, IP & contracts experience ( For eg- dealing with MSAs, supply agreements, lease agreements, influencer engagements, working through playbook, adept at using CLMs etc.).
  • Preferably with e-commerce and retail or banking experience.
  • A proven track record at a top law firm and/or in a dynamic in-house legal environment. Ideally with experience in both environments. Regional experience of UAE, KSA and /or Egypt would be an additional advantage.
