The founding team has a strong startup experience, is well funded and backed by tier 1 institutional investors.

Job Summary:

- As performance marketing lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sustainable growth.

- You will be responsible for all aspects of performance marketing from campaign planning, implementation to monitoring and reporting.

- You will be responsible for driving new user acquisition while ensuring profitable growth.

- You will report to the Head of D2C Business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop strategies and lead end to end implementation across multiple channels to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

- Analyze campaigns and customer behavior to identify trends and derive insight to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.

- Collaborate with cross functional teams including content, design and product teams to improve customer experience on and off platform.

- Build the required reporting framework to monitor performance, analyze campaign efficacies and optimize to achieve targets.

- Manage relationships with external partners to ensure alignment with business goals.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- 5-6 years of experience in Performance Marketing with a proven track record of driving growth.

- Experience in D2C ecommerce is preferred.

- In-depth understanding of Facebook and Google Ads suite along with GA4, Appsflyer and other tracking & automation tools.

- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.

- High sense of ownership and accountability.

- Eager to learn and stay updated with the latest trends, technologies and best practices in the industry.
