Description:- Analyze website traffic, user behavior data, and conversion funnel metrics to identify areas for improvement.- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs and pain points.- Identify bottlenecks and barriers to conversion.- Develop and implement strategies to improve user experience, website performance, and conversion rates.- Optimize landing pages, calls-to-action (CTAs), forms, and other key elements.- Conduct A/B tests to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of changes.- Manage and optimize key conversion points in the marketing funnel.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to ensure alignment and implementation of optimization efforts.- Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in CRO.- Utilize various CRO tools, such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, VWO, Optimize, and other A/B testing platforms.- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for implementing changes on websites.- Track key performance metrics (KPIs) such as conversion rates, bounce rates, click-through rates (CTR), and cost per conversion.- Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve performance.- Monitor and refine the performance of ongoing optimization efforts.Key Skills:- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.- Proficiency in using web analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Optimize.- Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization principles and best practices.- Experience conducting A/B and multivariate tests.- Knowledge of user psychology and behavior, and the ability to apply these principles to optimize website performance.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to improve conversion rates.- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles (ref:iimjobs.com)
