Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer at Casagrand Builder Private Limited in Bengaluru. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing finance, operations management, business planning, sales, and strategic planning on a day-to-day basis. We are seeking an experienced and visionary CEO to lead Casagrand in the next phase of its growth. The CEO will be responsible for formulating and executing strategic initiatives, driving operational excellence, and overseeing all aspects of the companys business. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the Indian real estate market, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of scaling :

- Finance and Business Planning skills

- Operations Management and Sales expertise

- Experience in Strategic Planning

- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

- Previous experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies aligned with Csagrands mission and vision, ensuring sustainable growth in the real estate market.

- Operational Oversight: Lead daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability across all projects and departments.

- Business Development: Drive new business opportunities by identifying and securing high-potential real estate deals and partnerships.

- Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, optimize capital structure, and ensure adherence to budgets, forecasts, and profitability goals.

- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, partners, clients, regulatory bodies, and the internal leadership team.

- Innovation and Market Positioning: Promote innovative real estate solutions and maintain a competitive edge in the market by identifying trends and adopting new technologies.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all company activities are compliant with local laws, industry standards, and environmental regulations.

- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing leadership team, fostering a culture of collaboration, performance, and Proven experience as a CEO or in another senior leadership role, ideally within the real estate or construction industry.

- In-depth knowledge of the Indian real estate market, regulatory framework, and emerging trends.

- Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret financial reports and make strategic decisions.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to develop and execute long-term business strategies that result in sustained growth.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).
