As we scale our operations and expand our product portfolio, we are seeking a Product Manager who can lead product development and lifecycle management with a strategic mindset and deep market understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the entire product lifecycle from market research and concept development to launch and post-launch evaluation.

- Conduct market, consumer, and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and new opportunities.

- Collaborate with R&D, production, marketing, and design teams to develop and enhance product offerings aligned with Ayurvedic and FMCG standards.

- Prepare detailed product briefs, pricing strategies, GTM (go-to-market) plans, and packaging solutions.

- Monitor product performance and customer feedback to make data-driven improvements.

- Ensure regulatory compliance, quality standards, and timely rollouts of new products.

- Drive innovation and support brand positioning with authentic, value-driven product experiences.

- Track key KPIs: sales performance, market share, profit margins, and customer satisfaction.

What Were Looking For:

- 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in FMCG, Ayurveda, or natural wellness products.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and launch successful products.

- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, brand positioning, and product-market fit.

- Excellent project management and communication skills.

- Experience with pricing strategy, market analysis, packaging, and vendor coordination.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ayurveda, or related field (MBA preferred).
