Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Datasphere Lead / Architect to drive enterprise data strategy, architecture, and implementation on SAP Datasphere (formerly SAP Data Warehouse Cloud). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP BW/4HANA, HANA modeling, and cloud data warehousing, with proven experience in leading migration and transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end solution architecture for SAP Datasphere implementation and integration with enterprise systems.
  • Lead migration strategy from SAP BW/4HANA and legacy warehouses to Datasphere.
  • Design and implement enterprise data models, semantic layers, and harmonized data views.
  • Define and enforce data governance, security, and compliance within Datasphere.
  • Collaborate with CXOs, business stakeholders, and IT teams to define a scalable data roadmap.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
  • Integrate Datasphere with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP S/4HANA, and 3rd party sources (Snowflake, Databricks, etc.).
  • Ensure performance optimization, best practices, and reusable frameworks for data pipelines.
  • Stay updated on SAP BTP innovations, AI/ML integration, and advanced analytics.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 12+ years in data warehousing, data integration, and analytics.
  • Minimum 8+ years hands-on experience in SAP Datasphere (or early adopters with strong BW/4HANA to Datasphere migration experience).
  • Strong expertise in SAP BW/4HANA, HANA modeling, SQL, and data architecture.
  • Proven experience in enterprise-scale data strategy and transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with SAP BTP services, APIs, and cloud integration.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and BI reporting tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
