Wolfpack Labs is seeking an experienced and talented Senior Visual Designer to join our creative team. As a Senior Visual Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual language of our brands and products. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and development teams to create visually stunning and cohesive design solutions that resonate with our target audience and elevate our brand presence in the market.


Key Responsibilities:


  - Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity for Wolfpack Labs, including logos, color palettes, typography, and other brand elements.

  - Create visually compelling designs for a variety of mediums including web, mobile, social media, print, and more.

  - Develop and maintain detailed brand guidelines to ensure consistent application of the brand across all touchpoints.

  - Provide guidance and support to internal teams and external partners on the correct usage of brand elements.

  - Oversee the creative development process from concept to execution, ensuring high standards of design quality and consistency.

  - Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary.



Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferably from NIFT, NID or similar colleges.

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in visual design, preferably in a technology or digital products company.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of visual design projects.

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or other relevant tools.

- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

- Proven ability to develop and execute effective visual design strategies.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- A passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
