As a Visual Designer, you are responsible for crafting experiences that are visually compelling, intuitive, and delightful. You will play a key role in creating and enhancing the visual storytelling of our brand across various platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design:
  • Create assets for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, and community platforms.
  • Perform retouching, manipulate image composition, and execute basic painting techniques when necessary.
  • Design creatives to support marketing and PR initiatives, including posters, OOH media campaigns, icons, banners, etc.
  • Continually experiment with design artwork in trending art styles.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve marketing assets.
  • Define a strategic vision with other designers to express brand characteristics and solve problems.
  • Deliver consistent brand and product storytelling across various channels like websites, emailers, landing pages, collaterals, and growth campaigns.
  • Video Editing:
  • Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging videos for social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop video concepts that align with clients' branding, marketing goals, and target audience.
  • Create storyboards and outline video scripts to ensure cohesive storytelling in the final product.
  • Enhance video and audio quality, add effects, graphics, animations, and other elements to improve overall production value.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their vision, incorporate feedback, and ensure the final video content meets their expectations and objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, new editing techniques, and software to continually improve and innovate video content.

Skills and Qualities Required:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience.
  • Knowledge and passion for movies, graphic novels, and other elements of pop culture.
  • Proficient understanding of marketing and social media platforms.
  • Organized and able to work to deadlines.
  • High levels of creativity and demonstrated ability to generate innovative designs.
  • Must own all necessary devices (IPAD, laptops, pencils, adobe subscriptions etc.).
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator and other leading design softwares.
  • A strong design portfolio is mandatory for application.
