About Position

As a Cloud Delivery Partner, you will be responsible for leading and managing the cloud delivery team to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality cloud solutions to clients. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and will work closely with them to understand their requirements, provide guidance, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for supporting hiring and growing the cloud footprint of the Business Unit.


What You'll Do


  • Manage the cloud delivery team, including project managers, developers, and architects.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and manage their expectations.
  • Participate in delivery governance forums for multiple accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to support new proposals and strategic initiatives.
  • Form strong relationships with key client stakeholders and take a lead in account mining.
  • Ensure the delivery of cloud solutions aligns with the company's standards and client expectations.
  • Support hiring and training initiatives to grow the cloud delivery team.


Expertise You'll Bring


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing cloud delivery teams and projects.
  • Proven experience in cloud delivery, migration, and management.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Excellent client management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in project management and delivery governance.
  • Certification in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
  • Experience in account mining and client relationship management.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
