Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the entire accounting cycle, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger, and financial reporting.

- Ensure adherence to all statutory compliances, including GST and TDS regulations.

- Manage and maintain tax records, prepare tax filings, and liaise with tax authorities.

- Conduct regular reviews of financial statements and internal controls.

- Oversee external audits and ensure smooth collaboration with auditors.

- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize financial processes.

- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

- Manage a team of accounting professionals (if Minimum of 10+ years of experience in accounting, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.

- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards (e. , IFRS, Ind AS), and statutory regulations (e. , GST, TDS).

- Strong experience in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger processes.

- Proven ability to oversee and manage external audits.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills (if applicable).

- Proficiency in accounting software (e., Tally, SAP)
