The marketing team at Tata 1mg is dedicated to promoting and positioning the brand to consumers, developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns, and amplifying business growth by understanding customer needs and preferences. Collaborating closely with product, business, category, and customer service departments, the team ensures the brand consistently delivers on its promise of understandable, affordable, and accessible healthcare.
As a growth partner to businesses, the marketing team employs strategies that increase brand awareness, generate sales and revenue, and ultimately drive customer engagement for the Media Strategy:
- Create and manage a cross-platform social media calendar that aligns with business goals and marketing strategy.
- Develop premium content that aligns with platform-specific trends, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, & X.
- Guide internal & external agencies to produce engaging, audience-centric social media campaigns
- Ensure timely and consistent posting across all social media platforms.
Campaign Thinking and Execution:
- Conceptualize and lead innovative, high-visibility digital campaigns that position Tata 1mg as a trusted healthcare leader.
- Ensure campaigns are integrated with organizational priorities, leveraging insights from multiple departments to create cohesive strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment with broader business objectives.
LinkedIn Marketing:
- Position LinkedIn as the platform for establishing thought leadership in healthcare, showcasing key people achievements, and brand awareness.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and manage their professional LinkedIn presence, amplifying their thought leadership and aligning their narratives with the company's strategic objectives.
Influencer Marketing:
- Design and oversee an influencer marketing strategy, focusing on partnerships that align with target audiences in the health and wellness domain.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key influencers, thought leaders, and industry advocates, ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Evaluate the impact of influencer campaigns, and track the performance of influencer partnerships.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate in-depth performance reports to assess the campaign strategies.
- Utilize analytics to identify trends, benchmarks, and platform-specific optimization.
- Take ownership of key performance indicators for social media.
Trend Monitoring and Innovation:
- Implement robust monitoring systems to manage the brand's online reputation and respond strategically to potential challenges.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Continuously explore new platforms and opportunities to enhance our social media presence.
What Are We Looking For?
Tata 1mg is looking for a strategic Social Media Head to drive impactful social media initiatives that align with our business goals and elevate brand awareness. This role requires a forward-thinking individual to craft, execute, and optimize a social media strategy that resonates with our audience, drives engagement, and contributes to business growth.
Additionally, the candidate will develop an influencer marketing program to maximize reach and create a meaningful impact in the health and wellness space.
- Passionate about using social media to tell compelling brand stories and drive business outcomes.
- 6+ years of experience in managing Social Media or a similar role
- A track record of creating and executing successful digital campaigns.
- Exceptional ability to develop creative and data-driven strategies.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and team collaboration skills.
