Know more about us: about the Team:
The performance marketing team at Tata 1mg specializes in launching, optimizing, and troubleshooting performance-oriented digital campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, programmatic, and YouTube. They collaborate closely with the business team to achieve core objectives such as acquiring new users, reactivating churned users, and optimizing customer acquisition costs. Working alongside designers, they conduct A/B tests to optimize marketing creatives across all channels. Their partnership with the tech and product teams ensures the optimization of user conversion rates on platforms. Utilizing tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, and mobile measurement partners like Singular, they meticulously measure and analyze campaign performance. With a focus on data-driven strategies and continuous improvement, the team drives effective campaigns that deliver tangible results in terms of ROI, user engagement, and business growth.
What will you do:
Campaign Management:
- Launch, optimize, and troubleshoot campaigns across digital platforms like Google, Meta, Programmatic, and Affiliates.
- Manage end-to-end campaigns on major paid channels such as Google Search, Google Display, YouTube, and Meta ads.
Vendor Management:
- Share daily and monthly validation reports with vendors.
- Verify vendor invoices and liaise with the finance team for timely processing.
- Optimize vendor performance by providing accurate and insightful feedback.
Reporting:
- Own daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for all performance marketing channels.
- Analyze campaign results to develop actionable recommendations for optimization.
Tracking and Attribution:
- Partner with the MMP team to ensure accurate tracking and attribution of campaign performance.
Creative Optimization:
- Collaborate with the design team to optimize creative strategies for improved campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives to evaluate performance.
- Document and analyze test results for future reference and strategy improvement.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in executing performance marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.
- Proactive and able to take initiative.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
