Required Qualifications : - 4+ years of experience in Duck Creek Billing Center development.- Strong knowledge of Duck Creek Author, ManuScript, and Billing Configuration Tools.- Proficiency in C#, .NET, and XML.- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.- Familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server/Oracle).- Understanding of insurance billing processes and industry best practices.- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain Duck Creek Billing Center applications using Duck Creek Author, ManuScript, and Billing Configuration Tools. - Design, configure, and implement billing solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices. - Build and support integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs to enable seamless data exchange. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and product owners in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software solutions. - Utilize C#, .NET, and XML technologies to customize and extend Duck Creek applications. - Manage and optimize relational database operations using SQL Server or Oracle databases. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the billing system promptly. - Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to team members as needed. - Stay up-to-date with Duck Creek product enhancements, industry trends, and insurance billing best practices. Preferred Qualifications : - Duck Creek Billing certification (if applicable).- Experience in other Duck Creek modules (Policy Center, Claims Center). (ref:hirist.tech)
