Job Overview :We are looking for a skilled and motivated Duck Creek Policy Center Developer with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in developing and configuring Duck Creek solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of Duck Creek Author, Express, and associated integration tools, as well as a solid understanding of the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.This role involves end-to-end development and customization of Duck Creek Policy applications, including configuration, rating, UI development, and integration. If you are a proactive team player with strong problem-solving abilities and are available to join immediately, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and configure solutions using Duck Creek Policy Center, including Author, Express, and User Interface (UI) components.- Perform product configuration, rating setup, and rules development within Duck Creek framework.- Integrate Duck Creek Policy with external systems using RESTful APIs, XML, JSON, and other integration technologies.- Work closely with business analysts, testers, and other developers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.- Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, code reviews, and unit testing.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during the development and testing phases.- Ensure that development follows coding standards and best practices.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.Required Skills & Experience :- 4+ years of strong hands-on experience with Duck Creek Policy Center.- Proficiency in Duck Creek Author, Duck Creek Express, and policy administration integration techniques.- Experience in product configuration, rating development, and UI customization within Duck Creek.- Good understanding of the P&C insurance domain, including policy lifecycle, underwriting, and rating.- Familiarity with XML, JSON, SQL, and RESTful web services.- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
