Senior Engineering Manager

What You Will Do In This Role :

- Lead Technical Delivery : Own end-to-end delivery of partner/customer customizations from inception to production, driving architectural decisions and technical strategy for complex implementations while ensuring high-quality, timely solutions.

- Build & Scale Teams : Hire, develop, and scale diverse engineering teams based on business needs, creating effective onboarding processes and building talent pipelines for sustainable growth.

- Drive Engineering Excellence : Establish and maintain engineering standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices across the organization, creating libraries and templates that accelerate delivery and ensure consistency.

- Champion Innovation & Automation : Lead AI-powered innovation and automation initiatives to improve delivery efficiency, reduce manual effort, and implement cutting-edge solutions to complex technical challenges.

- Implement Modern Practices : Drive Agile/SAFe transformation and modern engineering practices including CI/CD and DevOps, fostering continuous improvement in development processes across all teams.

- Manage External Partnerships : Coordinate and govern subcontractor/vendor delivery, establishing clear expectations and performance standards while building effective partnerships that extend team capabilities.

- Develop High-Performing Teams : Lead performance management, provide mentorship and feedback, set clear goals, and create career development opportunities while maintaining high team morale and engagement.

- Ensure Quality Delivery : Implement quality gates and review processes throughout the development lifecycle, establishing metrics to measure and continuously improve delivery outcomes that exceed customer expectations.

What are we looking for?

- Experience 12+ years in software engineering, product customization, and system integration with proven experience managing engineering teams and delivering complex technical projects; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required (Master's preferred).

- Technical Expertise Strong foundation in modern software architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, APIs, and web/mobile development; hands-on experience with DevOps practices and implementing agile methodologies at scale.

- Innovation & Automation Demonstrated capability driving efficiency through automation and AI/ML applications in software delivery; track record of implementing best practices and process improvements that deliver measurable results.

- Leadership Excellence Proven ability to hire, build, and scale high-performing engineering teams; strong people management, coaching, and talent development skills with experience leading through influence and building consensus.

- Communication & Collaboration Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, partners, and customers in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

- Strategic Execution Balance strategic thinking with attention to execution details; strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to navigate complex technical and organizational challenges.

- Delivery Focus Track record of delivering quality solutions on time and within budget while driving continuous innovation and efficiency improvements across the engineering organization.
