Role:

Project Management:

Technical Support:

- Support senior management in technical decision-making.
- Review design specifications and engineering calculations.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of projects.

Quality Assurance:

- Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control practices.
- Monitor and maintain quality assurance procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

Client Interaction:

- Communicate with clients to identify their needs and expectations.
- Prepare and present project proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders.

Budget Management:

- Assist in preparing budgets and tracking project costs.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and suggest improvements.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of project developments, engineering processes, and compliance documentation.
- Prepare detailed reports for management review.

Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving:

- Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution.
- Implement corrective actions for project delays or quality problems.

Training and Development:

- Assist in the training and development of team members on new technologies and processes.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in mechanical engineering.

Collaboration and Coordination:

- Collaborate with other departments, such as manufacturing, quality assurance, and sales, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for procurement and outsourcing efforts.
