Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects, designing and implementing scalable software solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects. Daily tasks include coding, testing, and debugging software, conducting code reviews, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving engineering processes and standards. The role also involves liaising with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4- 6 years of Experience in below tech stacks.
  • Strong skills in software design, development, and architecture
  • Must have hands on experience in ASP.Net, C#, MVC, .Net Core
  • Must have hands on experience in Angular
  • Working knowledge in UI frameworks – HTML5, CSS3, Telerik Kendo UI, JQuery, AJAX, Bootstrap, JavaScript etc.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS/Azure.
  • Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and data warehousing
  • Proven experience in leading engineering teams and mentoring junior developers
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA)
  • Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
