What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading a team of individual contributors and supervisors, guiding them in developing innovative methodologies for high-performance cores/IPs implementation.
  • Collaborating with an expert team to develop PPA methodologies for complex IPs.
  • Utilizing Synopsys implementation tools such as RTLA and Fusion Compiler to solve critical design challenges.
  • Working on the latest cutting-edge technology nodes to enhance QOR metrics and achieve best-in-class PPA and TAT targets.
  • Driving both flow development and the implementation of advanced high-performance interface IPs.
  • Addressing issues of diverse scope and managing the execution of tasks, understanding current business trends.

What You'll Need:

  • 8 to 20 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of high-performance cores/IPs implementation methodologies.
  • Experience with Synopsys implementation tools such as RTLA and Fusion Compiler.
  • Proficiency in developing PPA methodologies for complex IPs.
  • Strong understanding of the latest technology nodes and their applications.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing engineering teams.
