Coin your trust in us as we create magic togetherYou need to be a HODLer of these- Post Graduate / MBA - Finance / Financial Markets mandatory.- Minimum 5 years of team leading experience is mandatory.- Experience in Fintech/Financial Broking Space is mandatory.- Stock Market Trading experience is mandatory.- A knack for making data-driven decisions with a good understanding of trade analytics.- Strong problem-solving ability with a bias towards action.- People management skills- Good communication skills.You will be mining through these tasks- Leading a team of teams managing the entire gamut of trade operations - listing, delisting, corporate actions, market making- Manage and improve processes for monitoring real time exchange trades and active markets and developing processes and systems.- Manage Exposure losses, risk associated with all the trading activities and processes and build SOPs around the same.- Keep a real time check on traded values, products, spreads, market depth on all the order books.- Collaborate and work closely with all stakeholders, cross functional teams to build dashboards, define SLAs and gauge business processes and performance.- Collaborate and work with third party exchanges for all trade related activities- Manage funds across platforms to enable a great trading experience.- Optimize and analyze trade data to ensure smooth functioning of exchange.Are you the one?
