We are looking for a Quant Researcher. In this role, you will be working on creating and maintaining market-making strategies, automated trading strategies, and statistical data modeling on the other business verticals.

Success in this role is defined as:

- Designing and developing automated market-making strategies to provide pricing on digital assets
- Make trading bots across crypto assets, exchanges and generate PNL
- Generating PNL from client flow and market inefficiencies while managing position risk
- Extracting insights and identifying trading opportunities and making markets more efficient
- Develop statistical models for other business verticals of margins and lending
- Minimum 2 years experience in Quantitative Trading with hands-on experience in market making / Algo trading/ data science
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, physics, math, or statistics
- Strong mathematical aptitude and ability to turn ideas into implementation
- Knowledge of programming paradigms like - multithreading / multiprocessing
- Proficiency within one or more programming languages, including C++ and Python
- Experience in one or more amongst the following areas: Distributed Computing, ML/AI, Platform Development, Networking, System Design, and Web Development
- Experience in derivatives would be a plus
- Past participation in competitions - ACM ICPC, topcoder would be a plus
