Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located at our Corporate Office at South Chittoor, Ernakulam District, Kerala. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for working closely with the sales team to provide technical support during the entire sales process from leads/enquiries to closures, maintaining relationships with customers, presenting products in a compelling way, and troubleshooting client issues in collaboration with the internal stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include liaison with the Engineering & Technical, Project Management and Operations teams to understand product specifications, assisting in the creation of sales materials, providing training and support to customers to ensure the correct use of products, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and timelines. Pre-Sale and After-Sale strategic interventions encompassing Customer Experience and Warranty Terms will also be an integral part of the job role.Qualifications and SkillsetsB.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering Technical Support skills and ability to provide technical guidance Strong Communication skills in English, Malayalam and Hindi, to effectively convey technical information Customer Service skills to maintain positive customer relationships and Customer Experience Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently or under minimum supervision Experience in the engineering industry in a contracting environment Willingness to travel extensively and on short notice within India
