The Senior Associate will be responsible for handling title opinions, leases, commercial real estate, and real estate transactions. The role includes handling real estate development while offering services to clients with a complete understanding of various business challenges and legal practices.


Qualifications

  • Experience in title due diligence, Leases, Commercial Real Estate, Real Estate transactions, RERA and Real Estate Development
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law from a reputable institution
  • 3 to 5 years PQE in a reputed law firm
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Membership of the Bar Council of India
