At ACZ Global Pvt Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our team. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in the implementation and support of our clients' Oracle Fusion HCM/Finance modules.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the security configuration and implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM/Finance modules.
- Implement and support Risk Management Cloud controls, including Advanced Access Controls Cloud Services and Oracle Advanced Financials Controls Cloud Services solution.
- Co-facilitate and/or attend client design/fit gap analysis workshops to understand business requirements and drive consensus on implementation.
- Work with multiple onsite/offshore teams as an individual contributor with minimal supervision, providing guidance to junior team members as required.
- Provide support during SIT, UAT, and GoLive, as well as post-implementation support as part of Managed Services projects.
- Understand cloud architecture and design technical development, performing end-to-end system integration testing and functional testing.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex technical issues to non-technical people, such as client contacts.
- At least 3 years of Fusion experience in security implementation on HCM/Finance domain.
- At least 2-3 years of experience on Page Customization, Personalization, and Approvals Configuration.
- At least 1.5-2 years of experience on Risk Management Cloud on creating models (Advanced Access Control, Advanced Financial Control) and deploying controls.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in writing/modifying SQL queries.
- At least 2-3 years of experience on Oracle Cloud BI/OT BI reporting, building custom Infolets, HDL (HCM Data Loader)/FBDi (File Based Data Import).
- Good knowledge on the P2P/O2C business process with respect to EBS/Cloud ERP.
- Good exposure on cloud Financial Risk Compliance.
- Good knowledge in middleware tools like Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Authorization Policy Manager (APM).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in managing a team of 2-4 members.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Masters in Computer Application.
