About Role:
We want a smart and quick-witted ACD (Copy) with experience of 5-9 Years, in a creative digital agency. You will create compelling and innovative narratives and campaign messaging across digital media (Instagram, Facebook), video, mobile, Outdoor hoardings, brochures and customer communication platforms (Whatsapp) that connect brands to target TG in collaboration with the creative team.
Responsibilities
- Ideating and Strategizing - Come up with the core idea for campaigns and execution of the same with exceptional copies.
- Team Mentoring & Task Allocation - Hire and mentor team. Allocate tasks by understanding the nature of work and selecting an ideal team member to do it.
- Multitasking - Manage and work independently, under tight deadlines, while juggling multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Industry Trends - Understand latest industry trends and adapt /learn to unlock new opportunities.
- New Client Acquisition - Lead concept presentations / pitches and help in acquiring new business.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience of short form and long form copywriting for brands across digital mediums.
- An extensive portfolio of thoughtful work that successfully addresses complex marketing challenges across a range of tones and industry types.
