- We are looking for an experienced Manager - BTL Marketing with 6 to 10 years of expertise, preferably in the real estate sector, to lead our BTL initiatives.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and driving sales through targeted campaigns and community engagement.

- This role is pivotal in connecting our properties with potential buyers and ensuring a strong presence in the market through direct engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities :

Campaign Development:

- Develop and implement BTL marketing strategies tailored to the real estate industry, such as direct marketing, experiential marketing, and on-ground promotions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute innovative marketing campaigns that boost brand awareness and sales.

Event Planning & Execution:

- Plan, manage, and execute property-related events such as open houses, site visits, and trade shows to engage with potential buyers and drive sales.

- Ensure seamless coordination and execution of these events, ensuring they align with brand objectives and attract the right target audience.

Strategic Partnerships & Sponsorships:

- Build and manage relationships with local businesses, community influencers, and organizations to enhance campaign visibility.

- Leverage sponsorships and partnerships to create long-term brand engagement and credibility.

Market Research & Insights:

- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, target demographics, and consumer behavior.

- Use insights to inform BTL strategies and optimize ongoing campaigns.

Sales & Marketing Alignment:

- Work closely with the sales team to design promotional materials and sales tools that help convert leads into sales.

- Provide marketing support through collateral development, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.

Performance Monitoring:

- Analyze and report on the performance of BTL campaigns using key metrics.

- Continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven insights to improve ROI.

Budget Management:

- Oversee the budgeting of BTL marketing campaigns to ensure efficient use of resources.

- Maintain control over financial aspects, ensuring campaigns are executed within the allocated Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- A Master's degree is a plus.

- 6-10 years of experience in BTL marketing, preferably within the real estate sector.

- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing direct marketing strategies and local engagement activities.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, digital marketing platforms, and CRM software.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Creative thinker with strong analytical capabilities to optimize campaigns and drive business results
