The Patient Calling and CS Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to patients, handling inbound inquiries, coordinating patient schedules, managing patient records, and resolving any issues or concerns patients may have. The specialist will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, documenting interactions and providing support to enhance patient experience.QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills for making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiriesExperience in coordinating schedules and managing patient recordsCustomer service skills with the ability to resolve issues and concerns effectivelyProficiency in using computer applications and maintaining accurate documentationAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in healthcare or patient interaction roles is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in a related field are beneficialJob Title:Patient Calling and Customer Service Specialist (US Healthcare Process)Department:Patient Services / Customer ExperienceLocation:Dwarka, New Delhi (Work from Office)Shift Timing:9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (US PST Shift)Experience Required:Minimum 3 years of experience in Patient Calling / Customer Service (US Healthcare preferred)
