Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Calling and CS (Customer Service) Specialist, located in Dwarka. The Patient Calling and CS Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to patients, handling inbound inquiries, coordinating patient schedules, managing patient records, and resolving any issues or concerns patients may have. The specialist will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, documenting interactions and providing support to enhance patient experience. Qualifications - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries - Experience in coordinating schedules and managing patient records - Customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues and concerns effectively - Proficiency in using computer applications and maintaining accurate documentation - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in healthcare or patient interaction roles is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in a related field are beneficial Job Title: Patient Calling and Customer Service Specialist (US Healthcare Process) Department: Patient Services / Customer Experience Location: Dwarka, New Delhi (Work from Office) Shift Timing: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (US PST Shift) Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of experience in Patient Calling / Customer Service (US Healthcare preferred)
