About Us:We are a fast-growing technology services company specializing in delivering cutting-edge solutions across AI, automation, e-commerce platforms like Shopify, and cybersecurity. We work with a diverse portfolio of clients, particularly in the US market, and are looking for a high-performing Business Development Executive to join our team.Key Responsibilities:- Drive new business development and sales of IT services with a primary focus on US-based clients. - Identify, qualify, and pursue leads through various channels including networking, email outreach, and LinkedIn. - Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions in areas such as AI, automation, e-commerce (Shopify), and cybersecurity. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Collaborate with internal delivery and technical teams to ensure successful project scoping and handoff. - Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.Key Requirements:- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT services sales or B2B business development. - Prior experience selling to US clients or working with a US-based company is a MUST. - Strong knowledge of software services and modern technology solutions, particularly in AI, automation, Shopify/e-commerce, and cybersecurity. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Comfortable working in US time zones for meetings, follow-ups, and client communications. - Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
