Hiring: Finance Controller (3–5 Years Experience) Location: Pune Industry: Manufacturing We are looking for a Finance Controller with strong analytical and accounting expertise to manage end-to-end financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and coordinate effectively with key stakeholders. 🔹 Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Controllership Manage day-to-day finance operations including GL, AP, AR, and month-end closing Ensure timely and accurate financial statements Maintain strong internal controls and statutory compliance 2. Budgeting & Forecasting Support annual budgets and rolling forecasts Analyse financial trends, variances, and performance drivers Provide actionable insights to management 3. Accounting & Reporting Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial schedules Manage revenue recognition, costing (for manufacturing), expense allocation, and accruals Prepare MIS and financial reports for management and stakeholders 4. Cash Flow & Treasury Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity Assist in cash forecasting and treasury planning 5. Audit & Compliance Support internal, statutory, tax, and external audits Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Companies Act, and other applicable regulations 6. Process Improvement Identify gaps in existing processes and suggest improvements Implement best practices for efficiency and accuracy 7. Banking & Liaisoning Coordinate with banks for payments, account operations, facilities, documentation, and compliance 8. Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with banks, statutory auditors, internal teams, consultants, and investors Ensure smooth communication and timely information flow 🔹 Requirements CA preferred 3–5 years of experience in controllership, finance, or accounting Experience in Manufacturing industries preferred Strong knowledge of financial reporting, costing, GST/TDS, and statutory compliance Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
